To get you on my calendar, please let me know about your timeline as soon as possible—ideally six weeks or more before you expect page proofs from your publisher. Once I receive the PDF page proofs, standard time to complete an index is three weeks.

For project inquiries, please include:

• Book title and subject area

• Approximate manuscript length (word count & number of pages)

• Timeline

• Publisher

• Any specific requirements or preferences
